All of the jewelry pieces are always available to purchase on the website every Saturday at 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time. 

These watches are untested, meaning that I don't check to see if they need a battery or have no potential to work. Most of the watches are not running unless stated otherwise in the description. 

I sanitize the jewelry as soon as I receive them. 

All jewelry pieces are sourced from secondhand markets such as thrift stores, mercari, ebay, and more!  

The pieces are secondhand or vintage finds. Wear and scratches on the pieces are to be expected. 

Pricing depends on the following factors:
  1. Uniqueness
  2. Brand Name
  3. Condition
  4. Price I paid for the pieces + cost of materials

The Kismet Reserve ships all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are shipped through UPS.

You can track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping is offered everywhere except Israel. If you reside in Occupied Palestine, please contact me to order.

If your order is lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact the postal service regarding your claim. There will be no refunds on lost orders unless the postal service takes accountability.

Customs are not reflected in the check-out price and are to be paid by the customer. 

 

All watches are final sale! There will be no returns or refunds on the pieces. I am not liable if any of the pieces are damaged during the shipping process, or if they are delivered to the wrong address, please contact the postal service to find your package. 

Please read the descriptions before purchasing a piece. all of the information regarding the watches are always listed in the descriptions. Such as measurements,
disclaimers about wear/ tear, whether they're running, etc.

Requests for refunds regarding an aspect of the pieces that was addressed in the descriptions will be rejected.
Examples include:
  • A watch being too big/small for your wrist 
  • Complaints about wear/scratches 
  • A watch not being able to run

  

Our screenprinted shirts are made to order at a screenprinting facility in China, and shipped directly from there. The production of each shirt takes about 4-5 days. 

  

All shirts are made to order and they take about 4-5 days to produce. Once they are made, they take about 5-8 days to ship to your door.
